I can't believe that a year has passed since being crowned Miss
Universe international 2022. It has been such a marvelous
opportunity and time. Taking on a title at that age of 47 (now
48) was more than a notion; As my vantage point of what life is
has changed, I wanted to make sure that my time was meaningful
and impactful, the actions I took would grow beyond a photo
opportunity and passing moment. With God’s grace covering me, I
was able to do just that. But nothing like this is ever done
alone or without the support of many people and at first like to
thank just a few. |

To my family (my mom, aunt, cousins & nieces) You are all always
the most important thing to me as they are the source of
inspiration, guidance as well as the foundation that built my
core value of service, and grounding when the world seems to spin
to fast. Without you, I would have been unable to navigate this
journey as a title holder, or in this journey in life. |
|
To my pageant sisters and brothers from across this country and
world you’ve continued to inspire me! It's been such a blessing
to be able to support your platforms alongside as you supported
mine by serving our communities by packing over 500 bags for kids
on their way to college, speaking life into young women and
young girls at conferences and workshops as they decide defining
their life's purpose, making sure that homeless kids have
clothing for the winter, and working with individuals that need
support, mentorship, and words of encouragement. That’s the job
of a queen. |

I would like to thank my radio family at 1073vip.com, as you have
supported me in multiple ways and allowed my voice to be heard
all over the world. We’ve reached close to a million people this
last year, can’t wait to reach more!

Last, and certainly not least, thank you to our Director, William
“Bill” Hall for this opportunity and supporting myself and so
